This exercise was absolutely helpful. Its relaxing effect was similar to physical exercise. I find its pleasant effect to be refreshing, relaxing, and also invigorating. The experience was completely beneficial. There was nothing frustrating about it.
 
Hello Daisy,well it seems your really on pare with physical,spirit,and mental. For physical advice i'd suggest looking into a preworkout supplement such as Driven Sports Craze is an excellent product it's really great for cognitive focus, spiritual wise just remain focus and for mental status try this tip put a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow before you sleep at night or before you start a project for the week it's helps opiates and chocolate is great as well to munch on reduce stress levels.

I know often times struggle can hit us unexpectedly and it may have our heads spending around nonstop. Nevertheless, I am so grateful when a relaxing time occur in my life, this happens to make my life more enjoyable.
